Emergency Database Maintenance

We had an problem on the server and had to restore the databases from a backup. Unfortunately flights and activity performed between approximately 14:00 UTC and 21:00 UTC today was lost.
Review Flight Feature

All flights requesting a review of a penalty must provide a reason for why the penalty should be cleared. We will not just clear the penalty because you request review. All requests without a reason will be automatically denied.
Additionally, as always, please use English in your requests. All non-English requests are automatically denied.
Server Restarted

The server was down for a while yesterday and we had to contact our ISP to have it restarted. Its now back on line and functioning normally again.
Premium Membership Auto-Renewals

We are aware that Premium Memberships are ending a day early and that the auto-renewal system is not functioning as it is supposed to. We are investigating the issue and will have more details as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
GetBookableRoutes XML Down

We are aware of the issue with the GetBookableRoutes feature of the XML VA Integration Pack. It is currently down and we are working on solving it. All other VA Integration Pack features are not effected.
We apologize for any issues this may cause you. Temporarily, all pilots must book via the FSAirlines website.
New DB Admin

We've got a new DB Admin to help us with the support and database requests! Matt (alias alasizon) is now an admin with full rights after having been responsible for the Wiki for a long time. He's also one of the early FSAirlines (formerly known as FlyNET) members and has been with us for more than five years. Welcome on board Matt!
